We track mileage/time intervals and send prompts before you’re due. You can confirm via text or email and we’ll get you scheduled.

No. It’s a maintenance membership with priority service and pricing advantages.

Plans are for 12 months. If you must exit early, you’ll pay the remaining months on your plan.

You can transfer the remaining term to your replacement vehicle once per year at no charge.

Yes, you may do a one-time transfer to a new owner of your registered vehicle.

No pauses. If you’ll be out of town for an extended period, we’ll shift service windows within reason.

Yes. We have fleet plans and approval workflows. Ask for a fleet quote.

Mobile service runs within 25 miles of downtown Austin.  A distance fee will apply outside of our service area.

Members get priority scheduling. Typical lead time is 2-3 business days.

Yes. We regularly service Tesla, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, etc. Touchless mounting and torque-spec procedures are standard.

Contact us within 14 days. We’ll inspect and make it right if it’s on us. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty; our workmanship is covered for 6 months.

Your membership is paid separately from the work we do onsite for you.  We will send an estimate out ahead of time for the work you need at your discounted rate.  Parts are paid in advance; labor is paid onsite, as soon as the work is done.

Member pricing can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated.

We do not do roadside assistance for safety reasons, however, you can use a call-out fee free flat repairs. We typically need 48-72 hours to get you on the schedule but you never know when there’s last-minute availability. Call us!

Your name and vehicle are tagged in our system. Your name/plate/VIN is enough.

Yes—by preventing deferred maintenance, catching issues early, and applying member pricing. Most households recoup the fee through tires, oil, and brakes alone over 12 months.
